Shipping & Return Policy:

Our tiles are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (signature certified) for standard shipments, or freight carrier for larger shipments. As long as the product ordered is in stock, we typically estimate a max of 1-3 business days for processing, shipping and delivering the order. The tracking information is typically available the day following shipment and is forwarded to the email address you provide. For out of stock products, "Special Orders" or "Custom Orders" please contact us to get the estimated shipping time.

At Products 2 Decorate, we have successfully negotiated lower shipping rates to pass the savings on to our customers. Our aim is to sell you tiles and not shipping; hence we do not mark-up or charge a premium on shipping costs. When ordering FLEXIPIXTILE online, we follow a very simple shipping policy:

  • If the total tile pieces in your order are 16 pieces or less, we charge $15.99.
  • If the total tile pieces in your order are between 17 and 30 pieces, we charge $21.99.
  • For orders more than 30 pieces, we will ship them for FREE.
International shipments will be quoted per order to acquire the best possible shipping rate. Customs brokerage, duties and taxes are not covered in the shipping rates and will be billed directly and separately by the carrier.

Please note that items in your order may arrive in multiple boxes.

Products 2 Decorate has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for customers in the United States, ensuring your complete satisfaction. You can return all non-used tiles/panels for any reason within 30 days of receipt and get a refund, excluding S&H fees and the re-stocking fee*. (Any shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.) This guarantee applies to all “In Stock” products only and does not apply to “Samples”, “Custom Orders” and “Special Orders”.

Please note that the tiles or panels must not have been opened, installed, removed and then returned. After we receive the product, please allow 72 hours to process the return. We will then issue the customer the refund based on how the order was paid. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, the return will be put back on card that was used to make the purchase. *There is a 10% re-stocking fee applied to all returns.

* For all shipments with Free shipping policy, we will deduct $1 for each returned piece to cover the Shipping & Handling costs.

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Please call and/or e-mail us immediately if your order needs to be cancelled. Once the shipment has been set up with the shipping company or an order is loaded and en route to the delivery address, regular return policy will be applied.

Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the boxes. Before signing the shipping papers, check the condition of the shipping cartons. If you notice any damage to the shipment, mark the shipping papers accordingly before signing. If the product(s) inside are indeed damaged, this will greatly help expedite the replacement process. If product is damaged, contact us in 3 days and we'll help you get a replacement quickly. First we will ask you to email us a digital photo of the damage and then we may ask you to send the damaged package back to us. Once we have the damaged package, replacement is usually quick and easy.

Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and examined. Installing a damaged or defective product will void a warranty or damage claim.

Products 2 Decorate offers no product warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability shall be limited to the return of the purchase price of product that has not been opened, installed or otherwise used.
